One of its instruments of propaganda was in the writing of inflammatory pamphlets such as British Rule in India: Condemned by the British Themselves. Statements by British colonial critics were published in this essay that was dedicated to 'Indian martyrs who fought against Great-Britain'. The pamphlet was translated in multiple languages and spread all over Europe and throughout Asia.
